Gates Motel

The setup is doing something deliberate. You are eighteen, you lost everything a decade ago, and you grew up in a blended family whose parents are genuinely devout rather than hypocrites in a costume. Then the Gates family sinks everything into an old motel and moves in to run it. A business where strangers rent rooms by the night is the worst possible place for a household built on rules, and the game knows it.

That friction is what makes it work better than the premise suggests. The characters have distinct personalities instead of filling slots, the animation in the explicit scenes is smooth, and the build is tiny at 11 MB so it opens instantly on a phone. P_S_Y_C_H_O lets the household erode gradually rather than collapsing it in the first hour.

Two things to know

The content leans hard on family relationships and voyeurism, which follows from the motel but is not something you can route around. And version 0.6 has not moved since 2023, so the story stops mid arc with the motel business unresolved. Take it as a good opening act that never got its second. Free in the browser above.
