Instinct Unleashed

The futa scene is littered with promising games abandoned at version 0.3. Instinct Unleashed is the opposite: a complete story with a beginning, a middle and an ending you can actually reach. That alone earns it a spot here, and the game is good enough to deserve one anyway.

The premise runs on primal urges. A transformation takes hold of the cast and the game follows what people do when instinct wins over restraint. The 3D renders are sharp, the animated scenes are numerous for a project this size, and the pacing keeps things moving instead of padding hours with busywork.

What holds it back

Being finished also means being finite. You will see everything in a few sittings, and unlike the sprawling sandboxes elsewhere on this site there is nothing to come back to afterward. Character writing stays functional rather than memorable, since the game is far more interested in the transformation than in who it happens to.
