My New Paranormal Life

The structure is smarter than the title suggests. Your father dies right after graduation, you take a year out, and you move to Mirage Bay with two women you already share your life with. Then you pick up shifts at a local cafe with two more. For a while it reads as an ordinary small town slice of life, and the supernatural only shows up once you are invested in people, which is a better order than opening with monsters.

Impassi Productions runs it as a sandbox, so you decide who to spend time with and the four relationships develop at the pace you set. A recurring dream threads through the whole thing and pays off when one of the women turns out to have a non-human origin. The 11 MB build starts fast on a phone.

Worth knowing

Version 0.6 has the reveal and then very little after it, so the monstrous side of the premise is barely explored yet. Sandbox pacing also means dead stretches where nobody has new content and you are clicking through days to advance the clock. Good groundwork, unfinished build. Free in the browser above.
