Silk and the City of Seduction

You play the hero, and she is a woman, which is rarer in this catalog than it should be. Silk gets her powers from a radioactive spider bite and sets out to protect New York from the usual roster of costumed threats. The twist is that the city is working on her the whole time. Villains use blackmail and mind control as weapons, allies have their own agendas, and corruption accumulates across a run instead of arriving as a single bad choice.

Devious Delight Games gives that arc room to breathe. Version 3.20 is a long way past the early builds most projects here are stuck in, so there is a real amount of content, and the branching between staying heroic and giving ground is meaningful rather than cosmetic. At 10 MB it opens fast on a phone.

What holds it back

The content list is enormous and that dilutes it. Tentacles, lactation, BDSM and half a dozen other threads all compete, and scenes sometimes feel assembled from a checklist rather than written for the character. The superhero parody also stays surface level, with recognizable villain silhouettes and not much said about any of them. Free in the browser above.
