Most of the futanari games we cover put a futa character in front of you. Here you are the futa. Eliot loses her way through time and lands on Juicy Island, and the whole game is her working out how to get home while the islanders slowly stop treating her as a stranger. If that setup appeals, Eruption Imminent and Milf Breeder also give you the futa role rather than the spectator seat.

The look is the reason to open it. JuicyEliot went with black and white and a jazz-age mood, which in a genre where everything is either glossy 3D renders or the same anime house style makes it stand out immediately. The structure is an open dating sim: wander, help people with what they need, build trust, and the intimate scenes follow from relationships you actually built rather than from a menu.

Where it falls short

The island is small and you feel it. After a few in-game days you have met everyone and the loop becomes waiting for the next affection threshold to tick over. Version 1.0.2 is the finished release, so what is there is what you get, no future updates coming. It is a 15 MB build and it loads quickly. Free in the browser above.
