Package Perfect starts from a premise the genre almost never touches: what it costs to grow up as a dickgirl in a community that treats her body as something to be managed. The protagonist has spent her life absorbing that message, and the story is about her deciding to stop. School is where the pressure sits, and where the first people who react differently turn up.
It belongs to a short list on this site, next to Eruption Imminent and Milf Breeder, where the futa character is the lead rather than someone met along the way. Lewtopia also finished it. Version 1.0 means the arc resolves, which puts it ahead of the many half built games we cover.

A large share of the content involves maternal figures and close family, so if incest themes are a hard no, this is not the game for you.
